Where can you find Abel's glasses in Maple Story?

To find them, you need to move your mouse around and click them around Nautilus Harbor. What I mean, is that there are "NPC" objects, like when you move your mouse over it, the little white hand get's that "..." thing next to it. Double click it, and you will get a message saying that you've found something. I think Abel's glasses are to the far right of Nautilus Harbor, near a bunch of rocks.
