When a guy says you're ugly what does he mean?

Unfortunately he means exactly what he says - he thinks you're ugly. But that's just his opinion.

In my opinion he's an immature, ugly person for being so rude. He obviously has no care or consideration for other people. People like him are the most unattractive type out there.
