What is the first country to see moon?

Its not known, but long time back when there was first person, the person must have seen the moon undeniably.

Hence seeing as it could had been a few thousand years B.C. but it depends on how far back you would consider a human a human. Additionally there would be no way of ever telling without a time machine because the first one to write it would not necessarily had been the first to see it and see it in said country.
