Why are bullys nasty?

You will find that most bully's are nasty too others because; they have low self-esteem issues and therefor must humiliate others to gain some kind of assurance within themselves, they are not satisfied in there own life and must therefor try and sadden those of other people, Physhcological issues in which they were brought up wrongly or are being mistreated or neglected by there parents (in some cases). Don't put yourself down if your being bullied, bullies are usually friendless, they have there groups but you will find most bullies are very sensitive individuals beckoned with a life of sadness which they try to cover by being as spiteful to others.
