When changing Kingdom Halls Does one need a letter from an elder from the previous Hall?

If you are a Ministerial Servant or Elder then yes, otherwise no.

When an appointed brother moves to another

congregation then the Service Committee send a letter to the new congregation stating whether they recommend that he could continue to be a servant. All three members of the service committee have to sign it.
