Does auto zone help customers with miner problems?

Theoretically, yes. However, places like Auto Zone, Advanced Auto Parts, O'Reilly... they'll pretty much hire anyone who can ring a cash register... they don't necessecarily have to have any mechanical or technical knowledge (or, it would seem, even a basic understanding of auto parts or tools), and so they often don't.
