I'm actually trying to reach the Business Ethics Department/Nicole Miller. My son brought an office chair for my Christmas gift on 12/14. First the chair was to be delivered on the 24th. I received it the day after Christmas. One of my other sons put the chair together. The arm on the left side was predrilled wrong. My oldest son returned home on the 29th. When I told him the problem he brought out the receipt on the 29th. He had brought a (3) year warranty. He asked for a gift receipt, but the sales person claimed he already rang up the sale and getting a gift receipt was not possible! When I called the following Monday I was told the problem of the defect would be analyzed and I would receive a call with a decision. When a was called back I was told I would receive the cost of the chair but, not the refund for the contract, because as stated it was to be reported within (3) days of purchase. I didn't have the chair within the three days or the receipt. To say the least, I'm very unhappy!! I would like to be called by someone with authority! The invoice is #M81981251, reference #63393426. My name is Ann Thomas, 4448 Woodgate Ct, Eagan, MN, 651-683-0415.
