Advantages of living in a village?

I live in a village, you get to know the community better, we are good friends with the neifgbours, also quite often deer come into our garden because our house is next to a field, village shops are close, and usually quite good, basic services in a village ie: post office, docors, take away, tesco, and stuff like that, depending where there is usually countryside and woods near a village!! :)
