Could king Charles II Stuart be named The Black Boy because he was actually black?

No, he wasn't black, neighter where his parents. If they callled him 'the black boy' for some reason, then that reason can't be found in his skin color.

He was also described as a tall black man in a wanted poster and James Boswell calls him the swarthy Stuart next to at least three engravings which show a black man.
