What is an electrical OHM?

A measurement of electrical resistance. It is dimensionally equivalent to Volts / Amperes. (Voltage / Current)

An ohm is the unit of measurement of resistance. Resistance is not affected by either voltage or current, but by the length, cross-sectional area, and resistivity of the conductor.
