Why does your skin turn pale when exposed to sunlight if it is suppose to be darker?

i have that problen 2 not every one has it though my nails also look like ethey have clear polish on it my friend thinks im a vampire ecasue i have really sharp teeth that can go through skin but i don'y know maybe its sensitive skin ot thin skin if your skinny
