Yes, I do. I would advise you to avoid Thriveworks. I do think that they have good Counselors. The first time that I cancelled an appopimntment online, the information was never passed onto my counselor. The second time I cancelled an appointment online was 3 days before the sceduled appointment, I continued to get reminders for the appointment.
I called their customer service phone line and spoke to someone, I believe he said he was in Porto Rica. I coould barely understand him. As much as I tried to get him to understand that I had already cancelled online and was calling in to make sure my counsellor was notied, he was insistant that I was trying to cancel that day, which was not within the 48 hour window. He ended up posting a $135.00 fee to my credit card. I have tried to get ahold of my counselor directlyfor help, with no luck. Customer Service is horrible and no way to reach out directly to a counselor for help. If I didn't need a counselor before this incedent, I sure would after.
