because its a very sensitive area, once it gets stimulated it feels good, once it gets over stimulated you have an orgasm and after that ur private area because extremely sensitive so pleasing it more will either hurt or feel alot better, as for females, after their orgasm their nipples are extremely sensitive, depending on the type of female she is, she will either hate being touched cause it hurts, or ask of the male to pleasure them cause she likes it.
