He does.

When he/she/it or a singular noun is the subject of a sentence then an -s is added to the verb. This is sometimes called the -s form of a verb eg

He likes rice. The doctor likes rice (singular noun subject).

The -s form for do is does so we say He does his homework. The teacher does the cleaning.
