The ACA Designation, also known as the Accredited Claims Adjuster Designation, allows a student to obtain the Independent (5-20) or Company (6-20) Florida All Lines Adjuster license. The ACA Designation exempts candidates from the state exam for licensing. The ACA Designation is also required for candidates entering the public adjusting field (these candidate must also take a state exam - as well as comply with other requirements). The website of the Florida Department of Financial Services has additional information.
