Why is birth rate high in ledc?

This is offen ocuring in MEDC's as we have a good education about sex and children. Also we can have the option of have condoms, pills and Birth Control.. Also in LEDC's most of there children will die before the age of 1, in MEDC's children are more likely to live as we have acces to medication and clean water.
