Is it okay for a bearded dragon to eat grasshoppers?

Well I have a gecko and for the most part they are the same. During the summer I can feed him any type or bugs as long as it does not have a hard outer shell. (and if your lizard doesn't eat it might be to hard)

Another thing to consider is how big is this bug. If the bug is to big he/she might not eat it all or if he/she does eat it he/she might not go for another one.
