What does it mean in Howrse Ow's mailbox is disabled?

Administrator's on the Howrse game have their incoming private message system disabled. You cannot send them a message as you can with other players. If you wish to contact the Howrse team direct you can go to profile > my account > contact us, or you can message any moderator, or ask for help on the public forums.
