How do you notice a gang member?

You can tell when you see a gang in many different ways.

1. You may see a certain color that a group of people are wearing.

2. You may see a group of people doing a certain hand shake.

I would assume that any group of thugs, out on the street, not in school, not working and looking immature will tell. They are usually hopeless and look toward suicide as a real plan to help themselves.
