What does pit crew leader do?

He is the boss of all the workers and tells them what to do and how to do it, what is best for the car to run and when to pit and why. He supervises what goes on in the pit. He plans all of the pit stops and learns from what the driver tells him hoe to fix the car to make it run better, if it needs tightened or loosened he makes the proper adjustment solutions to make the car run its best.
