You may want to contact AT&T, or you may want to try performing a Master Reset, this operation will also delete any personal data stored on the phone. On the phone's screen select: Menu > Settings > Reset > Master Reset You will be prompted for confirmation, select Yes. You will be asked for a passWord, the default passWord is 1234.
