How do you know if someone is telling the full truth?

Well, if a person is telling a lie they will not look straight into your eye's and sometimes they will move around uncomfotably. Now The full truth, well some times people will act the same way as when there telling a real flat out lie. And some people are just good at hiding a lie. Oh, and some people's lies sound totaly outragous.
