Is Microsoft Encarta encyclopedia 2004 compatible with windows 7?

If you are able to install the program, you can still TRY to run Encarta in "Compatibility mode"

1. Right click the program or program shortcut.
2. Go to Properties and then the Compatibility tab
3. Check off the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode"
4. Select the version of Windows that Encarta was intended for - Windows 95

This works for me in Win 7 64 bit.
