What is wrong when you have trouble with Volvo 1999 V70 key not turning in ignition?

Make sure that the car is in park and the finger tab on the gear shift is good. if not try to lube the key with wd-40 then try again, if it still doesn't work and the key is not bad you probably have a bad ignition key body.
