How can you clean your knees?

One could cover the smell of the knee brace with FeBreeze, but it would not erase the smell. Try soaking it in 1/2 a cup of vinegar and hot water for one hour. Then rinse it with water. This will completely erase the mildew build-up, and would eliminate the odor.
