Was their ever woman priest in the Catholic church?

No. The closest thing were the so-called Princess-Abbesses in some specialized Convents in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. the Abesses ( high level Mothers-Superior) had noble costumes with added religious trappings and bore the Crozier or Bishop"s Hook! This was not entirely an honorary thing. All of these Convents no longer exist-or may be maintained as historical sites- as the Austro-Hungarian Empire no longer exists.
