Married 31 years wife paralyzed neck down motorcycle accident incapable of sexual activities after 3 years now whats a husband to do sexually frustrated?

Well first off I’m so sorry about your wife’s accident. But, straight to the point, maybe you should speak with her about it. She probably is concerned about your sexual needs and feels bad and insecure about it. But short of manual self pleasure, in my eyes I can only see seeking something outside of your marriage to satisfy you. Maybe she’s be okay with it or understand, maybe at least let you give it a shot? im not sure what your into but maybe you guys could agree upon something OR you could keep it a secret and go out and find some satisfaction with someone else.
