How to write a raft essay?

A raft essay can be written by first deciding the Role of a writer; what role you will be writing in. Then find out who your Audience is; Are you writing your essay to a specific person, a machine, a group of people etc.. Then figure out the Format of your essay; augmentative/ persuasive essay? And lastly, figure out your Topic and how you will present this topic.

For example:

Role: Lawyer

Audience: US Supreme Court

Format: Argumentative

Topic: Should Youth in Asian be allowed?
