Its a joint used in woodcrafts which in effect cuts small 10mill square sections out of the end of a piece of wood which look like teeth. On the opposing piece of wood the section are cut out to receive the "teeth" or pins of the first section these are then placed together so that pins interlock forming a very strong bond. Normally used in corner building for draws, tops to sides of cupboards etc.
