What are the benefits of figs?

Meaning of “Fig” (At-Tin)

The Word At-Tin literally means the fig fruit.

However, most classical scholars explain that it has both a literal and symbolic meaning:

Literally: A nutritious and beneficial fruit, created by Allah

Symbolically: A reference to a blessed region where figs were common and where many prophets lived

1437 years Quran says about Figs surah Tin means fig chapter 95

In Surah At-Tin, Allah says:

“By the fig and the olive…” (95:1)
