What does meri lelo mean?

"Meri Lelo" in the Asian Indian language of Hindi means "take mine". There's a joke that a man posted on his Facebook page that he is unmarried and wanted to find a wife. Two girls liked the post, 140 men commented "meri lelo" (take mine).
