Who is Delaware's Governor?

Ruth Ann Minner (born January 17, 1935 in Sussex County, Delaware) succeeded Thomas R. Carper as the seventy-second Governor of Delaware, serving between January 3, 2001 and January 20, 2009, including the whole of 2007.
