How do you make picnic sets on mysims kingdom?

Your Sim can't start a picnic themself, unfortunately. But you can join a picnic once it has been started. Sims that like Tasty, especially Maria, will start picnics. You just walk up to the Sim having a picnic and select "Join Picnic" when it appears at the bottom of the screen. Your Sim will sit down on the Picnic blanket and start eating a sandwich.

There are a few areas where different interest Sims like to start gatherings. (Fun Sims start Dance-Offs, Cute Sims start Tea Parties, Geeky Sims start Rocket Launches, Studious Sims start Book Parties, Spooky Sims start Seances, and Tasty Sims start Picnics.) These gatherings usually take place in:

• The open grassy area in the Town Center (it is behind the north-westernmost building in the four-lot town square, near a few single-tree gardens).
• The open area near the dock in the forest (there is a red Asian-style bench and a bridge to a small island nearby).
• The open area near the smaller, northernmost dock in the desert where you catch Kissing Fish.
• The open area near the southernmost lot in the main desert neighborhood (where you first enter the desert). There are a couple wooden benches nearby.
