I have a g shock that's water resistant and it saids 20bar on it would i be able to go swimming with it?

yes you can because it says you can go under water up to 660 feet (200m) and it wont get damaged but you should probably dry it off as soon as you get out to make sure the chlorine or salt water don't damage the rubber :)
