What level do you have to be on wizard 101 to start gardening?

You go to one of your houses and click on the planting icon. It should be next to the housing option. First, you plant a plot, and then a plant onto each plot. Each day, you have to give them their needs, which will appear above them. Once you have done this regularly, the plants will turn to elder, and you can press "x" to harvest them.
