What is the difference between globalization and glocalization?

Globalization is a system of integration of economies all over the world. Involving technological, economical and cultural exchange made possible largely by advances in communcation,transportation and infrastructure.

Glocalization means adopting a business's product or marketing according to the country in which they are operating, inorder to meet the demand for that product.
