i think using young workforce instead of old employee and increase their skills and provide training course about computer and foreign language and buying new equipment and machinery and create a good relationship between management and employee with give bonus and reward and provide local equipment instead of imported equipment from abroad and increase quality of production with same weight and competitive market. this company can satisfy consumer and increase efficiency and productivity
