Who was Dr. dollfuss?

Dr. Dollfuss refers to Engelbert Dollfuss, an Austrian politician who served as Chancellor of Austria from 1932 until his assassination in 1934. He was known for his authoritarian rule and his suppression of the Austrian Nazi movement. Dollfuss established the authoritarian regime known as the Austrofascism and sought to maintain Austrian independence from Nazi Germany.
