What are different types of restaurants in Colorado?

The truly outstanding local restaurants of the 50's and 60's have largely been replaced in the interest of efficiency, purchasing power and advetising economy by the big chains. Exceptons exist but the are rare indeed. Fine dining is still available outside of Metropolitan Denver at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs and at select ski resorts. One size fits all or cookie cutter restaurants of every ilk are available and no matter what form of cuisine your heart desires, it is available somewhere within Colorado. You may not be thrilled with your diing experience but you will never go hungry as long as the cash remains available.
