What should a sophomore wear to a semi formal?

A dress - pick something that brings out your eyes, or a feature you'd like people to notice. You don't have to wear heels, but they're a nice touch. Accessorize, but don't go over the top - you might look gaudy. You should wear whatever makes you feel beautiful and special!
