Where is Xyzzy on horseisle?

Xyzzy lives on Nonesuch Isle.

To get there, you must have done all of Ruthie's quests (including Ruthie's Dubloons).

You can do Xyzzy's Quest, which involves Cloud Items. You need 10 moonbeams+2 silver linings+popcorn.

Popcorn is found in Wington Food Supply.
