Is luigi in sm64

Well it has said to be that Luigi is in sm64 their is a star statue that says " l is real 2401". L must be Luigi 2401 means to jump on that boo that has a mansion course 2 THOUSAND 4HUNDRED and 1 times then you have to jump off that red tower in whomps fortress then die however you want in boos mansion you will come back to the statue and bam you have Luigi I have done it before its kinda a Nintendo secret so that means Luigi IS in sm64. Those who say hes not I guess are wrong.
