How do you bleach your hair blue?

well, i dont think u can bleach your hair blue? u can dye it though if thats what u mean? If u r planning to dye your hair blue and have brown or black hair i highly recomend u bleach your hair first. bleach the parts of your hair u want to dye blue then put the dye on top of the bleach. bleaching your hair makes the dye stand out more and makes it a more noticeable color, also makes your hair color look stronger. u could also dye your hair blue without bleach but it wont stand out as much as you might want it too, and the dye will fade alot faster. but remember, bleaching your hair is permanent.

im a guy and i have an emo hair style. my hair color was brown so i dyed it all black accept for the front of my hair because i bleached the front of my hair then dyed it blue.

DO NOT DYE YOUR HAIR THAN BLEACH ON TOP, IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR HAIR LIKE CRAZY, ALWAYS BLEACH HAIR BEFORE DYEING.

my favorite hair dye brands are: manic panic, punky color, and special effects because they last a long time, do not fade as quickly as you think, and they actually smell pretty good. these arnt like those stupid hair dyes that fade quickly, smell weird and are expensive.

but all i can say is: really think over what your doing, make sure you use colors that look good together, but most importantly dont care what other people think if they laugh at u or make fun of u, as long as your happy with the way u look thats all that matters.
