1. Working out every - at least if just taking a walk. (Working out doesn't have to be drudgery.)
2. Eating a more healthy and varied diet - with each passing month, season, decade and year. Eat fewer fried foods, fewer sweets, and more fresh fruits and vegetables. And obtain your protein low on the food chain (e.g. beans and rice, then turkey, fish, and lastly, as little red meat as possible).
3. Not smoking and, if you drink, drink alcohol in moderation only (preferable a glass of red wine for good cardiac health, but no more).
