Why should employees be trained?

with this new skills, workers are motivated to work, thus leading to an increase in production of goods..... . And also producing at better quality...... . An increase in goods leads to a rise in profits and a increase in quality to a rise in the reputation of the business and also worker get a rise in income .... . furthermore, the workers can get promotion as they are working efficiently and finally they can satisfying their esteem needs as well as their actualisation needs in the long run {i.e by getting promotions, rise in income,...... etc.}
