A pimple, or blemish, is a pore that got clogged up by either bacteria, oil, or dirt that caused inflammation of the tissue. It will go away. skin cancer is when the cells of your skin mulitply out of control, mostly by sun damange, and create a mole-like pigmentation that continues to change and never go away. The only way to care for any type of skin cancer is by surgically removing it. Look up under a search engine, "The A,B,C,D's of Malenoma" for the most severe case of skin cancer and just a general search for basal cell carcinoma which is the least severe case of skin cancer.
