What to do if you like someone who is taken but you think he likes you too?

If you like someone who is in a relationship, you can pray to God they break up but you cannot flirt with him, or ANYTHING like that. Ever. Do NOT tell him your feelings. That is a bad decision that can only lead to awkwardness and heartbreak.
