How are baloonies made?

Firstly, you must get a balloon and fill it up with air. Then you need to get four rubber screws, which you screw into the inflated balloon. Attach a rubber wheel to each screw. For the steering wheel, get a can's lid by using a can opener (preferably from a can of beans). Get another rubber screw, put it in the front of the balloon chassis and then attach the can lid to it.
