What to do in a thunderstorm on a cruise?

There isn't really anything you can do about it, if that's what you're asking... cruise ships try to avoid them when possible, and if it's not, the crew will advise you on what precautions to take. This may simply amount to "stay inside and don't go out on deck", which on most liners still gives you a pretty wide variety of activities.
