Who is the chairman of European commission?

As of my last update in October 2023, the President of the European Commission is Ursula von der Leyen. She has held this position since December 1, 2019. The role of the European Commission is to propose legislation, implement decisions, uphold treaties, and manage the day-to-day operations of the EU.
